Tour description
Poznań is where the Polish nation was born, a lively university city with one of the most beautiful Renaissance market squares in Central Europe. Each day at noon two mechanical goats butt heads on the town hall clock, delighting the crowds below. On this walking tour a local guide brings the city's long history to life.
You will admire the colourful merchant houses of the Old Market Square, hear the charming legend of the fighting goats, and cross to the ancient cathedral island where Poland's first rulers are buried. Historic, cheerful and wonderfully walkable, Poznań is a rewarding city to explore on foot.
