Salalah is the lush capital of Oman's southern Dhofar region, an ancient centre of the frankincense trade that has drawn merchants for thousands of years. Green during the monsoon and rich in heritage, it offers a very different side of Arabia. On this walking tour a local guide reveals its history and culture.
