Tour description
Tangier is one of the most storied cities in Morocco, a legendary port on the Strait of Gibraltar where Africa faces Europe and where writers, artists and spies once mingled. Its kasbah and medina tumble down toward the sea in a maze of history. On this walking tour a local guide reveals its lanes and legends.
You will start at the Grand Socco, climb through the medina to the kasbah, and take in views across the strait toward Spain. Along the way you will hear about the international era, the traders and the artists. Legendary and atmospheric, Tangier is a wonderful city to explore on foot.
