Walking its lanes feels like stepping into a fairy tale. On this walking tour a local guide reveals its unique heritage.\n\nYou will wander the districts of trulli, learn how and why these strange houses were built, and see the trullo church. Along the way you will discover the crafts and traditions of Puglia. Magical and unique, Alberobello is a wonderful town to explore on foot.

Stop 1 – Piazza del Popolo: We meet on the main square with views over the trulli.\nStop 2 – The Rione Monti: The largest district of trulli.\nStop 3 – The trulli lanes: The whitewashed cone-roofed streets.\nStop 4 – The story of the trulli: How and why these houses were built.\nStop 5 – The Trullo Sovrano: The only two-storey trullo (from outside).\nStop 6 – The Rione Aia Piccola: The quieter, more authentic trulli district.\nStop 7 – Trulli viewpoint: We finish with views over the fairy-tale rooftops.
