Stop 1 – Plaza Nueva: We meet under the arcades of the grand neoclassical square, heart of Basque social life.\nStop 2 – The Seven Streets (Casco Viejo): The medieval core where Bilbao was born.\nStop 3 – Santiago Cathedral: The Gothic cathedral at the centre of the old town.\nStop 4 – Ribera Market & the river: One of Europe's largest covered markets beside the Nervión.\nStop 5 – Arriaga Theatre & El Arenal: The belle-époque theatre and riverside promenade.\nStop 6 – Gran Vía & the modern city: The elegant avenue of the 19th-century expansion.\nStop 7 – Guggenheim Museum exterior: We finish before Gehry's titanium masterpiece and Puppy the flower dog.
