The average flow of Khone Phapheng is about 11,000 m3/s, with a maximum that can reach nearly 50,000 m3/s.

The group travels from Don Det back to the Nakasong pier, continuing the journey to explore Pakse city (the southern capital of Laos).

Chong Mek: The group moves towards the Chong Mek border checkpoint (Laos‑Thailand border) and completes immigration procedures there.

Wat Sirindhorn: Located atop a hill, the temple resembles a jewel that has fallen from the sky, captivating visitors with its ethereal beauty.

Shopping for goods at the Chong Mek border checkpoint

Wat Phou: Wat Phou is the oldest temple in Laos, once the 11th‑century Hindu center of the Khmer people, and is recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site of Laos.

Bolaven: The Bolaven Plateau in the town of Paksong is what remains of a volcanic area from millions of years ago. Here, visitors can enjoy delicious coffee amidst beautiful natural scenery.

Tad Fane and Tad Yuang Waterfalls: Located in Dong Hua Sao National Park on the Bolaven Plateau. When visiting Tad Fane and Tad Yuang waterfalls, travelers have the opportunity to experience Zipline at a height of 120 m on the two most spectacular waterfalls of Laos (self‑funded)
