Banh Mi Phuong was founded by Ms. Tran Thi Phuong in the 1960s. After more than 60 years, the shop still follows the original family recipe: freshly baked crispy bread combined with rich pate, delicious cold cuts, pork loaf, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and fresh chilies. Together, they create a distinctive flavor you won't find anywhere else.
