The huongdanviendulich.vn platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "We") is a website providing intermediary e-commerce services, connecting Travelers with Tour Guides (HDVs), Travel Partners, and Collaborators (CTVs). By accessing, registering an account, or using any service on the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The huongdanviendulich.vn platform is an intermediary e-commerce website connecting Travelers with Tour Guides, Travel Partners, and Collaborators (where applicable). By accessing, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and other policies in the Policy Center. We only act as an intermediary for connections and do not directly provide travel services. Acceptance is confirmed through your use of the website. These Terms comply with the 2025 Law on E-Commerce, Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP (as amended), and relevant Vietnamese laws.

2. Eligibility and Conditions for Participation

Users must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity under Vietnamese law. Participants include Travelers (service bookers), Tour Guides (holding professional licenses), Travel Partners (holding travel business licenses), and Collaborators (if participating in the program). Upon registration, you must provide accurate and complete information (name, phone number, email, and licenses where applicable). The Platform reserves the right to reject or suspend an account if the information is inaccurate or if the law is violated.

3. General Rights and Obligations of Users

Users have the right to access, search for, and book services, post information (if they are Tour Guides/Partners), and provide honest reviews. At the same time, you must provide accurate information, comply with Vietnamese law, and not use the Platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or spam. You are personally responsible for the content you post, your conduct on the Platform, timely payment, and fulfillment of contractual obligations to the other party.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Platform

We have the right to collect data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, monitor and remove violating content, suspend accounts when necessary, and modify or temporarily suspend services for maintenance or as required by law. We are committed to providing a safe and transparent connection environment; publicly disclosing owner information; providing intermediary support for complaint resolution; and not directly intervening in the transaction content between the parties.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for securing your account, including your password and OTP. Please notify us immediately if your account is compromised. The Platform reserves the right to suspend an account if a violation is suspected or at the request of a government authority. Accounts may not be transferred without our consent.

6. Changes to the Terms

We have the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. All changes will be notified by email or posted on the website at least 7 days before taking effect (except where required by law). Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

7. Termination of Use

You may terminate your use by deleting your account or ceasing to use the Platform. We have the right to terminate your account immediately if you commit a serious violation (fraud, prohibited content, or violation of the law). After termination, any outstanding obligations, such as payment or compensation, will remain in effect.

Important Note

These Terms do not replace a separate contract between the Traveler and the Tour Guide/Travel Partner. The Platform is only an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual quality of services (see also [Limitation of Liability Policy](#giới-hạn-trách-nhiệm)).
