Prohibited Content Policy

The huongdanviendulich.vn platform strictly prohibits all content and conduct that violates the law, social ethics, or e-commerce regulations. This policy clearly lists the types of prohibited content to protect Users, ensure a safe environment, and comply with the 2025 E-Commerce Law, Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP (as amended), the 2018 Cybersecurity Law, the 2017 Tourism Law, and current Vietnamese laws and regulations.

1. List of prohibited content and conduct

Users may not post, share, or promote the following content on the platform:

• False or fraudulent information (fake tours, false prices, nonexistent tour guides, or unrealistic profit guarantees).

• Unlicensed tourism services (tours without a tourism business license or tour guides without a professional practice card as required by the Tourism Law).

• Pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit content or content related to prostitution.

• Content inciting violence or terrorism, or promoting discrimination or prejudice based on gender, ethnicity, or religion.

• Content infringing copyright or intellectual property rights (images, videos, or descriptions copied from other sources without permission).

• Fraudulent advertising or promotions, pyramid schemes, or illegal financial investment.

• Spam, repetitive content, advertising of competing services, or irrelevant external links.

• Other people's personal information without their consent (personal data or private images).

• Content violating regulations on national security, public order, or social ethics.

2. Prohibition on trading restricted goods/services

The platform prohibits all forms of providing or promoting goods and services on the list of goods and services banned or restricted from trading under Vietnamese law, including drugs, stimulants, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, imitation goods, illegally captured or traded wildlife, unlicensed medical products, or any tourism services that violate safety, environmental, or cultural regulations.

3. Detection and reporting mechanisms

We use automated tools combined with manual moderation to detect violating content. Users may report prohibited content through the report form on the website, support email, or hotline. Reports must include specific evidence (screenshots or links). We prioritize reports related to safety, fraud, or legal violations.

4. Handling violations

When a violation is confirmed, we will:

• Immediately remove the violating content.

• Issue a warning to the account (first offense).

• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account (depending on the severity or repetition of the violation).

• Report the matter to the competent authorities (the Police, the Department of Information and Communications, the Department of Tourism, or the Authority of Information Security) in cases of serious violations (fraud, cybersecurity violations, or violations of tourism laws).

We will not disclose detailed enforcement measures if they relate to security or public safety.
