Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Last updated: 10/10/2026
The huongdanviendulich.vn platform respects and protects the intellectual property rights of all relevant parties, including Users (Tourists, Tour Guides, Travel Partners, Contributors) and the Platform itself. This policy clearly stipulates the ownership, use, and protection of intellectual content on the website, in compliance with the 2005 Intellectual Property Law (as amended and supplemented in 2009, 2019, and 2022), the 2025 E-Commerce Law, and current Vietnamese laws and regulations.
1. Platform Ownership Rights
All content created or owned by the Platform, including its logo, domain name, interface design, icons, system software, introductory text, general illustrative images, and source code (excluding content posted by Users), is the intellectual property of the Platform or is legally licensed. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially use any content owned by the Platform without our written consent.
2. User-Posted Content
When Tour Guides, Travel Partners, or Contributors post service information (tour descriptions, images, videos, articles, reviews, or personal profiles), they grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable right to display, store, copy, distribute, reformat (without changing the core content), and use such content within the scope of the platform's operations (for example, displaying it on the website or application and promoting services).
Users retain the original intellectual property rights to the content they create. They undertake that the posted content is lawful, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and assume full legal responsibility in the event of any dispute.
3. Prohibition of Intellectual Property Infringement
Users may not engage in the following acts on the platform:
- Copying, downloading, or reposting images, videos, tour descriptions, or content belonging to other Tour Guides/Partners without permission.
- Using the Platform's trademarks, logos, domain name, or content for personal or external commercial purposes.
- Posting copyright-infringing content (unauthorized images sourced from the internet, unlicensed background music, or content copied from other websites).
- Using content on the platform to advertise competing services or for illegal purposes.
4. Reporting and Handling Violations
If we discover or receive a report of an intellectual property infringement (through the reporting form on the website or support email), we will:
- Conduct a prompt verification (within 3–7 business days).
- Immediately remove or disable the infringing content if there is clear evidence.
- Issue a warning, temporarily suspend, or permanently block the violating account, depending on the severity.
- Notify the infringer and the affected party (if applicable).
In cases of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to report them to the competent authorities (the Copyright Office of Vietnam and the Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications) and cooperate in providing data as legally required.
5. Compensation Liability
Users who infringe intellectual property rights shall bear full responsibility for compensating damages (including legal costs, reputational losses, and lost profits) suffered by the Platform or affected third parties. The Platform shall not be responsible for any violations caused by Users.
Important Note
This policy does not replace separate agreements between Tour Guides/Travel Partners and Tourists regarding the use of images, videos, or content related to tours. The Platform merely serves as an intermediary, and is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising outside the system (see also the Disclaimer Policy).
If you discover an intellectual property infringement or need to submit a report, please use the official reporting form or contact the support email. By using huongdanviendulich.vn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Intellectual Property Rights Policy.
