• Users (including job applicants): Full name, phone number, email, and CV information (experience, skills, education).

For Tour Guides, we only collect ID/CCCD numbers (not biometric chip data) when necessary to verify identity and professional eligibility under the 2017 Law on Tourism. For Travel Partners, we collect travel business license information to verify legal entity status.

2. Purposes of using personal information

• Verify identity and create and manage accounts;
• Support connections between parties (Tourists and Tour Guides/Travel Partners);
• Process service bookings and payments, and manage transactions and reviews;
• Send notifications, provide customer support, and resolve complaints and disputes;
• Analyze and improve service quality and prevent fraud.

In particular, Tour Guides' CCCD information and Travel Partners' business license information are collected to verify identity, professional eligibility, and partner status, ensure transaction safety, and reduce the risk of unlicensed or unreliable services for Tourists. We do not use the information for third-party advertising purposes without your consent.

3. Methods and duration of information storage

Personal information is stored on secure server systems using appropriate encryption and security measures (SSL/HTTPS).

Storage periods:

• Active accounts: stored throughout the existence of the account.
• Inactive or deleted accounts: stored for a maximum of 12 months (to resolve disputes, if any), after which they are permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
• Transaction information: stored for at least 5 years in accordance with laws on accounting and e-commerce.

4. Sharing personal information

We are committed to not selling, exchanging, or transferring personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Information is only shared in the following cases:

• With Tour Guides/Travel Partners to complete transactions (the Tourist's name, phone number, and necessary contact information);
• With payment partners, banks, and e-wallets to process transactions;
• With competent state authorities as required by law;

All sharing complies with the principle of data minimization.

5. Users' rights regarding personal information

Users have the right to:
