I am Thao Tien (Tina), an international tour guide in Da Nang with 2 years of experience collaborating and leading daily tours since graduating, especially for international guests in Da Nang and Hoi An. Throughout my tour-leading experience, I have not only accumulated knowledge of history, culture, and local areas but also gained extensive experience coordinating groups of all sizes, communicating with guests, and flexibly handling unexpected issues to ensure smooth trips. I love simple, relatable, and easy-to-understand storytelling that helps guests not only explore but also better understand the places they are visiting. For me, being both a local and a guide, I always want travelers to not only understand the destination but also have the best possible experiences. Therefore, I always strive to be observant, proactive, and good at handling situations so that guests always feel comfortable and cared for throughout the journey.
