Morning: Our vehicle and tour guide pick up guests at the meeting point. Depart for Cao Lanh. Upon arrival in Cao Lanh, the group has breakfast.
The group visits Tram Chim National Park, located in the famous Dong Thap Muoi wetlands of the Southwestern region. This place boasts stunning natural landscapes with vast waterways, endless green melaleuca forests, and rich flora and fauna. This land is also home to the world-famous Red-crowned Crane, renowned for its mesmerizing courtship dances.
The group takes a motorized long-tail boat (tac rang) to explore and experience the natural beauty bestowed upon this land, with lotus, water lilies, wild rice, sedges, and reeds stretching out before their eyes, along with wildlife such as eels, snakes, turtles, and pythons; freshwater fish and birds such as egrets, herons, wild ducks, and cormorants...
Noon: The group enjoys a picnic lunch inside the National Park.
Afternoon: The group returns to Cao Lanh City to visit:
Pay respects at the Tomb of Junior Doctor Nguyen Sinh Sac, the fish pond, Uncle Ho's stilt house...
Visit and shop for Dong Thap specialties at Cao Lanh Market.
15:00 Depart for Ho Chi Minh City, stopping along the way to purchase local specialties such as Lai Vung fermented pork rolls and Hoa Loc sand mangoes. Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Adventure Travel drops guests off at the initial pick-up point. Farewell – End of the tour program.
