Detailed itinerary
Morning:
05:00 The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the Central Circus Gate or one location in downtown Hanoi and depart for Lang Son. En route, stop for breakfast in Met Town (at your own expense).
06:30 Arrive in Huu Lung District. Pay your respects at Bac Le Temple, which holds an important position in the spiritual life of local residents (after Phu Giay in Nam Dinh and Tay Ho Palace in Hanoi). The temple was recognized by the state as a historical and cultural monument in 1992.
Board the vehicle and continue sightseeing at Quan Giam Sat Temple, whose deity was the second son of King Father Bat Hai Dong Dinh.
09:00 Visit Chau Luc Temple. Chau Luc is also one of the most renowned princess deities in the highlands, perhaps because she is believed to be particularly receptive to spirit possession.
10:00 Continue the journey and pay your respects at Chau Nam Suoi Lan Temple, also known as Suoi Lan Temple.
10:30 Board the vehicle to Lang Son City for lunch and enjoy local specialties such as roast pork with mac mat leaves, Lang Son roast duck, Don fish soup cooked with Nung bamboo shoots, and more.
Afternoon:
13:00 Board the vehicle to visit Dong Dang Mother Goddess Temple and go shopping at Dong Dang Market.
14:30 Board the vehicle and return to Lang Son City.
15:30 Visit Thoai Mother Goddess Temple, located near Lang Son’s famous river, the Ky Cung River. Thoai Mother Goddess Temple, also known as Mau Thuy or the Mother of Water (Holy Mother of the Water Palace), has long been worshipped in Vietnamese religious traditions.
Next, visit Quan Tuan Tranh Temple. Afterward, enjoy free time to shop for gifts for your family and loved ones at Dong Kinh Market.
