Detailed itinerary
07:30 Our vehicle takes the group to Na Hang Town, where the tour guide welcomes guests.
07:45 The vehicle takes you to visit the reception area of the Na Hang Ecotourism Management Board and Pác Ban Waterfall, also known as Na Hang Dream Waterfall, where you can enjoy the scenery, take photos, and bathe in the cool waterfall.
09:00 You board a boat to explore the Tuyên Quang Hydropower Reservoir, where the two romantic rivers, the Gâm River and the Năng River, converge, surrounded by 99 undulating, majestic mountains.
Along the reservoir sightseeing route, you will admire Pác Tạ Mountain; the Fairy and Guest cliffs; the area of 99 mountains; Twin Mountain and Đổ Mountain. Most notably, you will see the area known as “Halong Bay on land amid the vast mountains,” famous for Cọc Vài Phạ, meaning the stake used to tether the Sky Buffalo. Along the route, you will visit the sacred Pác Tạ Temple and Pác Vãng Temple, which are revered by local people.
Along the reservoir tour route, you will visit Khuổi Nhi Waterfall and Nậm Me Waterfall, among the most majestic and beautiful waterfalls in Na Hang Ecotourism Area. Here, you can immerse yourself in the primeval forest, bathe in the waterfall, take photos, fish, and have fish nibble at your feet (a relaxing foot massage practiced by local people). Khuổi Nhi Waterfall also has a natural bathing pool with clear, cool water that is highly appealing to visitors. Here, you will enjoy lunch on the boat featuring river specialties such as catfish, loach, goby, Hemibagrus catfish, fried fish, and soft-shelled turtle. Alternatively, you can prepare your own lunch, such as grilled fish, chicken, or pork marinated with wild mắc khén pepper—an experience that will create unforgettable memories.
Next, you will visit Phia Vài Cave (an ancient Vietnamese cave).
17:00 The boat returns to the pier. (You can purchase local specialties such as corn wine fermented with forest leaves, sour pork, dried buffalo meat, Tày ethnic dried rice noodles, river fish, and wild forest honey.) You board the vehicle and bid farewell to Na Hang Ecotourism Area.
