Detailed itinerary
Hanoi – Bai Chay – Ha Long Bay (Lunch, dinner)
08:30 – 09:00 The car and tour guide pick you up at hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and around the Hanoi Opera House to depart for Ha Long via the new Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long expressway.
12:00 - 12:30 Arrive at Ha Long cruise port. The group gathers in the waiting area under the tour guide’s instructions, waits to purchase tickets, and receives tickets to board the boat and begin the journey to explore the bay. The boat passes many large and small islands in various shapes, some with special names such as Fighting Cocks Islets, Stone Dog Islet, Incense Burner Islet, and Finger Islet. Enjoy lunch on board.
14:00 Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Next, kayak or take a bamboo boat to explore Luon Cave. After 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the boat and continue to Ti Top Island. You can swim at Ti Top Beach, with its white sandy beach, or try trekking to the summit of Ti Top Mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
16:00 Return to the boat. The boat takes you back to the pier. You can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, relax, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay.
18:00 The boat arrives at the port. The car picks you up and takes you to the hotel to check in and rest.
19:00 Dinner.
