07:40: The car and tour guide pick up guests at hotels in the Bai Chay area. If you are staying in other areas (Hon Gai, Tuan Chau), please travel to Ha Long International Cruise Port.
08:15 – 08:30: The boat departs to tour Ha Long Bay. Along the route, guests pass by Stone Dog Islet and Dinh Huong Islet (the symbol printed on the 200,000 VND banknote).
09:10: The boat stops at the Ba Hang area, where guests can take part in kayaking or riding a bamboo boat to explore the beauty of Ba Hang, which was once a floating fishing village home to many local residents on the bay.
Afterwards, the boat cruises past Ga Choi Islet (Fighting Cocks Islet), where guests can take photos with the iconic symbol of Ha Long Bay.
10:20: The group visits Thien Cung Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.
11:20: Guests enjoy lunch on board (shared table of 6 guests/table).

- Children aged 1–6, under 1.2 m tall: VND 100,000/child (sharing meals with parents), VND 180,000/child (with a children's meal: fried chicken wings, French fries, fried eggs, and steamed rice)
- Children aged 7 and above, or children under 6 who are 1.2 m or taller: charged at the adult rate.
TICKET EXEMPTION AND DISCOUNT POLICY
- People with severe or particularly severe disabilities: VND 290,000 ticket discount. Requirement: Original documents or notarized copies, accompanied by a valid photo ID
- Elderly people who are Vietnamese citizens aged 60 or above: VND 145,000 discount per ticket. Requirement: Citizen ID card or valid photo ID
TOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- In cases of force majeure, such as unsafe weather conditions (an official port departure ban is issued by the authorities) or epidemic-related factors (with confirmation from the competent authorities), etc., we will refund 100% of the service fee to customers or reschedule the tour for them
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time: no charge
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time: a fee of VND 200,000 per person will be charged.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time or no-show (the customer does not arrive): 100% of the service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee
