Detailed itinerary
07:00 Guests gather at the meeting point. Our vehicle departs for Mỹ Tho, Bến Tre, and Cần Thơ, three particularly prosperous provinces in the Mekong Delta. The group follows the Hồ Chí Minh City–Trung Lương expressway.
Upon arriving in Mỹ Tho, guests stop at Mekong Restop, the first stop on the Mekong Delta tour, for breakfast.
The vehicle then takes guests to Vĩnh Tràng Pagoda, built by Mr. and Mrs. Bùi Công Đạt in the 19th century. Vĩnh Tràng Pagoda, located on Nguyễn Trung Trực Street, Mỹ An Hamlet, Mỹ Phong Commune, Mỹ Tho City, Tiền Giang Province, is an architectural and artistic heritage site recognized as a national historical monument by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 1984. The pagoda was renovated and reconstructed twice, by Venerable Thích Huệ Đăn (1849) and Venerable Chánh Hậu (1907), blending Asian and European architectural features.
Next, guests visit the Mỹ Tho Marina and board a boat for a cruise on the Tiền River. Guests can admire Rạch Miễu Bridge, listen to the tour guide’s introduction, and enjoy views of the four islets: Long, Lân, Quy, and Phụng.
Upon arriving at Thới Sơn Islet (Lân Islet), guests stroll along village paths and visit the Green-Skinned Pomelo Garden, covering more than 5,000 square meters and filled with lush fruit trees year-round. The tour guide takes the group to a honeybee farm, where guests can enjoy lemon honey tea and take photos with the bees.
Next, the group enjoys Đờn Ca Tài Tử, a famous genre of Mekong Delta music inscribed by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013. Guests enjoy performances by local artists and complimentary fruit.
After bidding farewell to the songs and melodies, guests experience a ride in a three-leaf boat along small canals winding through rows of nipa palms and the simple scenery of the orchard region.
Returning to the larger boat and cruising along the Tiền River, guests travel to Bến Tre Province to visit a coconut candy workshop, a specialty of Bến Tre, and a rice-paper workshop in Tân Thạch Commune. Guests enjoy the experience of riding a horse-drawn carriage along rural roads while observing the daily lives of local people.
The group arrives at Việt Nhật Eco-tourism Area, where lunch is served.
After lunch, guests can rest in hammocks or visit the fruit and coconut gardens, and especially participate in folk games at the tourist site, such as:

15:30 Return by boat to Mỹ Tho and depart for Cần Thơ. Upon arriving in Cần Thơ, guests check in at a centrally located hotel.

21:00 The boat docks. The vehicle and tour guide take guests back to the hotel to rest, or guests are free to explore Tây Đô at night.
