MORNING | HO CHI MINH CITY – DONG NAI – BUU LONG TOURIST AREA (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
6:30 The vehicle and tour guide (TG) pick you up at the meeting point and depart for Buu Long Tourist Area, located in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.
Enjoy breakfast at a restaurant.
9:00 The group arrives at Buu Long Tourist Area. Here, the TG will organize and lead you in exciting games included in the Team Building tour program, such as:
- Warm-Up with Buu Long
- Super-Speed Boat Race
- Treasure Hunt
- Sparkling Golden Ball
- Golden Spoon Challenge
- Love Castle
- Assemble and Separate
In particular, the TG will give valuable prizes to those who achieve outstanding results in the games.
12:00 The group has lunch at a restaurant and rests for about one hour at Buu Long Tourist Area.
AFTERNOON | VISIT BUU LONG – RETURN TO HO CHI MINH CITY
13:20 Enjoy free time to explore and take photos at the scenic spots. The TG will take you to the sightseeing locations.
Buu Long is one of the famous tourist areas in Dong Nai. It was developed on an area of dozens of hectares. In addition to its long, clear artificial lake, the area also features vibrant cockscomb, rose, and chrysanthemum gardens, especially the Love Bridge (modeled after the Love Bridge in Da Nang) and the beautiful Windmill Hill.
15:00 The group leaves Buu Long Tourist Area and returns to Ho Chi Minh City. The vehicle drops you off at the original pickup point. End of the exciting one-day domestic tour.

TOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS
Payment 01: Guests pay 70% of the tour value immediately upon registering to purchase the tour.
Payment 02: Guests pay the remaining 30% of the tour value 03 days before the departure date.
*Note: For tours registered from 03 to 05 days before the departure date, guests are required to pay 100% of the tour value.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the company cancels the service:
If the company is unable to organize the tour/provide the service, it must immediately notify the customer and refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the time the cancellation of the trip/tour service is officially announced, by cash or bank transfer.
In the event that the customer cancels the service:
If you are unable to continue using the service/tour, you must notify the Company in writing or by email (requests to transfer/cancel tours by phone will not be processed). At the same time, please bring the tour/service registration form and payment receipt to the company office to complete the tour cancellation/transfer procedures.
- For requests to transfer or change services/tours: The Company will consider the actual circumstances to calculate the fee and provide appropriate support to the customer.
- In the event of service/tour cancellation: Guests must pay the cancellation fee for the tour/service in accordance with the company’s regulations and all bank fees incurred from online payment transactions.
Tour cancellation fees are specified as follows:
- Immediately after booking or making payment, or more than 15 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 30% of the tour price.
Cancellation 10 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
Cancellation 07 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
Cancellation 05 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
If guests arrive late for the departure time, it will be treated as cancellation 5 days before the departure date.
Trip cancellations must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. The Company does not accept cancellation notifications by phone.
The dates for deposits, payments, cancellations, and tour postponements do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

- On the departure day, please gather at the designated pickup point.
We are not responsible if guests arrive late.
Guests must bring valid identification documents (ID card/Citizen Identity Card or passport).
Vegetarian guests are kindly requested to prepare additional vegetarian food themselves to suit their tastes.
The Company will not refund the cost of any tour service that guests do not use.
The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of attractions to suit the actual circumstances of each specific departure day while ensuring that all attractions in the itinerary are visited.
**In cases of force majeure, such as terrorism or natural disasters, or when there are incidents or schedule changes involving public transportation such as airplanes or trains, the Company has the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and shall not be responsible for compensating for any resulting damages**.
