Is Ca Mau too far to travel to?
The first time setting foot at the southernmost point of Vietnam, Ca Mau Cape, visitors will certainly be amazed by the gentle and peaceful beauty of the people and scenery here. The Vietnamese countryside appears incredibly familiar and endearing. Along both sides of the riverbanks are simple thatched houses, nestled beneath the tree canopies and perched precariously beside the water. Here, people blend into nature, creating a peaceful and tranquil picture. Unlike the journey to conquer the westernmost or northernmost points, the journey to explore the southernmost point is more comfortable, with smooth, straight paved roads. The endless greenery remains on both sides of the road, but here the landscape stretches endlessly, lush and verdant. Instead of imposing mountains and forests, this land is covered with vast wetlands, canals, and creeks. Land and water intertwine, with plenty of wind blowing through.

Detailed itinerary
Can Tho - Ca Mau - Ca Mau Cape - Bird Sanctuary (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Our vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point. Depart for Ca Mau. The tour will pass through the provinces of Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu... Enjoy breakfast in Bac Lieu.
Continue to Ca Mau. You will head to Ca Mau Cape (Dat Mui), passing Ca Mau Floating Market and landmarks such as Nam Can, Dam Cung, Ngoc Hien, and Xom Mui... cruising along small canals bordered by vast mangrove forests to reach the southernmost tip of the country.
Visit Mui Ca Mau National Park to explore the unique mangrove ecosystem home to many rare species of flora and fauna, recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. Arrive at Mui Ca Mau Cultural and Tourism Park, a destination every Vietnamese wishes to visit at least once, and take photos with iconic landmarks: National Coordinate Marker GPS 0001, the ship-shaped miniature monument with sails catching the wind out to sea, the end point of the Ho Chi Minh Highway, the Mother Statue, the Flagpole... From the observation deck, you can take in the panoramic view of the vast sea and Hon Khoai Island looming in the distance. The blending of forest and sea creates a rare, poetic landscape.
Noon: Enjoy lunch featuring local specialties from the nation's southernmost region. Guests can also enjoy Southern Vietnamese Amateur Music (Don Ca Tai Tu) (expenses not included in the tour program).
Afternoon: Continuing the journey, depart for Ca Mau City.
Visit the famous Ca Mau Bird Sanctuary, a habitat for numerous rare bird species. It is also an attractive recreational area featuring scenic landscapes such as flower gardens, monuments, a cluster of stilt houses, and Uncle Ho's fish pond... The sanctuary also introduces visitors to various typical mangrove wildlife species, including crocodiles, softshell turtles, monkeys, monitor lizards, pythons, and snakes...
Check in to the hotel and rest.
Evening: Dinner. Spend the night at the hotel or freely explore Ca Mau City by night.

Arriving at Hon Da Bac Tourist Area - You will visit the CM12 Victory Monument – a glorious victory of the People's Public Security forces, pay respects at the "For the Fatherland's Security" Monument, visit the Traditional House, and pay tribute at the President Ho Chi Minh Temple.
Continue to visit Ong Nam Hai Tomb – where the skeleton of the sacred whale that saved fishermen in distress at sea is worshipped, the Fairy Footprint Relic, and the Natural Stone Hand…
Leave Hon Da Bac Tourist Area. The group proceeds to U Minh Ha National Park.
Visitors climb the 26-meter-high Vong Lam Dai observation tower to enjoy a panoramic view of U Minh Ha National Park, where you can cast your gaze across the vast, lush green melaleuca forest stretching to the horizon. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the unique peatland wetland ecosystem with its characteristic flora and fauna.
Noon: Enjoy lunch at a local home in U Minh Forest featuring rustic countryside specialties such as: grilled snakehead fish, braised anabas fish in a clay pot, fermented fish hot pot…
