Cai Rang Floating Market is one of Can Tho’s best-known attractions – and you have to leave your hotel before dawn. This tour is for travelers who want to explore the peaceful waterways of the Mekong at a more reasonable hour.
We leave Ninh Kieu Wharf by boat and head south along the Can Tho River, entering the smaller canals of the An Binh area, where houses, orchards and pagodas still face the water. At a family-run rice noodle workshop, you will see rice milled, steamed into sheets and cut into the noodles that Delta residents commonly eat for breakfast. We then switch to a small hand-rowed sampan to gently glide along a narrow canal beneath rows of palms, arriving at an orchard. Here, you will sample seasonal fruit before ending the trip with a riverside lunch featuring Mekong specialties, then taking the boat back to the city.

Stop 3 - Rice-noodle workshop (approx. 09:30): How hu tieu noodles are made, from rice to drying racks.
Stop 4 - Sampan ride (approx. 10:30): Hand-rowed through a narrow canal.
Stop 5 - Fruit orchard (approx. 11:00): Seasonal fruit tasting.
Stop 6 - Riverside lunch (approx. 11:45).
Finish (13:00): Back to Ninh Kieu by boat.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable. If the boat service is suspended due to storms, flooding, high water levels, or official directives, we will reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.

Life jackets are provided on all boats and must be worn when traveling in the small uncovered boats. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
