Dong Thap – a fertile delta region with distinctive agricultural ecological beauty, from the lotus season, rice season to the floating water season. Each season offers a unique landscape for visitors to admire. But few know that this place also preserves ancient cultural relics of the Oc Eo civilization, most notably the Go Thap relic site.
The Go Thap relic site is a national-level relic recognized since 1998, containing many cultural and historical values of the nation and humanity. Here still remains a complex of relics from the Funan Kingdom over 1,500 years ago; relics from two periods of resistance against the French and Americans, along with many layers of folk culture. On a 1-day Dong Thap tour, returning to the roots, visitors will have fascinating experiences, thereby appreciating the contributions of the pioneers who expanded the land.

Detailed itinerary
05:00: Guests gather at the meeting point, where the tour guide welcomes them before departing for Dong Thap.
Guests stop for breakfast at Mekong Restop restaurant.
Guests continue the journey as the vehicle takes the group along National Highway 1A. Listen to an introduction to the local landmarks and admire My Thuan Bridge – the first and longest cable-stayed bridge in Vietnam.
Upon arrival in Dong Thap, the group visits:
- Go Thap Mười Archaeological Site, which was ranked as a national relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) in 1989 and was recognized by the Prime Minister as a special national relic for its archaeological and artistic architectural value in 2012. Go Thap Relic Site is considered a place where exceptional cultural, historical, spiritual, religious, and tourism values converge.
- The Dong Thap Muoi Lotus Field by three-leaf boat (2 guests/boat, costs included), and enjoy lotus tea. Feel free to experience exciting and unique activities such as picking lotuses, fishing, being a farmer, and taking souvenir photos amid the peaceful natural scenery… (costs at your own expense)
Noon: Have lunch at a tourist area in a lush garden setting, featuring local specialties such as grilled field snakehead fish wrapped in lotus leaves and lotus leaf rice.
Afternoon: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Guests stop to purchase Mekong Delta specialties, including fruit, Pia cake, fermented pork rolls, and more, as gifts for family and friends.
Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the vehicle takes guests back to the original pick-up point. End of the program. See you again!

CHILDREN'S TICKET PRICE
- Children from 11 years old and above buy 01 ticket as adults.
- Children from 05 to 10 years old: 75% of the tour price. Two adults are allowed to accompany only 01 child from 5 to 10 years old; from the 2nd child onwards, a ticket must be purchased as for adults (Standard for 05 – 10 years old: 01 meal + 01 seat on the bus and entrance ticket according to the program).
- Children under 05 years old: No tour price charged, families take care of the child and pay for any arising expenses (for services charged by height, etc.). However, 02 adults are allowed to accompany only 01 child under 05 years old; from the 2nd child onwards, a ticket must be purchased as regulated for the 05 – 10 age group.
NOTE
- Before registering for the tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, included and excluded items.
- Guests aged 70 and above, guests with disabilities participating in the tour, are required to have a relative accompany them and commit to being healthy enough to join the tour.
- The order of sightseeing spots in the program may change depending on actual conditions but still ensures full visits as in the program.
- Hotel check-in time: after 14:00 and check-out before 12:00 (except for special cases, the Company will notify guests in advance)
- In case of force majeure due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, sabotage, war, epidemics, flights delayed or canceled due to weather or technical reasons... leading to the tour being unable to continue, the Company will refund the tour fee to guests after deducting the service costs already incurred (fees related to air tickets, service deposits, etc.) and will not be responsible for any additional compensation.
- According to airline regulations, the Company does not accept pregnant passengers from 32 weeks and above to participate in domestic air tours.
**Required documents for travel:
- Guests must bring the original: Passport/ID card (Applicable to passengers from 14 years old and above)/Car driving license. For overseas Vietnamese and foreigners entering Vietnam with a loose visa, please bring your visa when registering and joining the tour.
- Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate/passport.
- In case a child under 1 month old does not have a birth certificate, a birth confirmation is required.
- For children brought up by social organizations, a confirmation letter from the organization is required.
- In case a child is not accompanied by a parent, in addition to the required documents, a commitment letter from the legal representative (parental authorization with confirmation from the local police) is required.
- The documents used by passengers when flying must meet the following conditions: Still valid, with a photo and official stamp, except for children's birth certificates and birth confirmations.
