06:45 - 07:00 The tour guide picks you up at the meeting point. You board the tourist boat to embark on the Cai Rang floating market - fruit orchard tour: Cruise down the Can Tho River and admire the trading activities and daily life of the locals along both riverbanks.
Arriving at Cai Rang Floating Market, the boat weaves through the waterways to introduce you to the unique culture of the river region—a bustling market gathering directly on the water. Visitors will be captivated by the lively sounds of busy trade from numerous boats laden with fruits and vegetables from local orchards, or fascinated by the sight of delta produce hanging from tall bamboo poles known locally as "Cay Beo" (advertising poles).
Surrounded by the vast waterways, savor breakfast right on the floating market with a piping hot bowl of hu tieu (noodle soup), crab noodle soup, or pork offal congee, accompanied by a cup of rich coffee or sweet fresh coconut water—an unforgettable experience (included).
The boat then takes you to a pineapple boat where you can enjoy fresh pineapple right on board (included), or purchase a variety of other fruits to enjoy and take home as gifts.
Leaving the floating market, the boat takes you to a traditional noodle workshop. Tour the traditional noodle-making workshop and try your hand at making rice noodles yourself.
