Detailed itinerary
HANOI - HALONG BAY TOUR (MEALS: LUNCH ON BOARD / DINNER)
08:00 - 08:30 The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and near the Hanoi Opera House, departing for Halong Bay.
12:00 Arrive at Halong Bay wharf. You board the boat to begin your journey exploring Halong Bay. You will take a boat trip along Route 2 – the most attractive route in Halong Bay. The boat will pass countless large and small islands in various shapes, given special names by local fishermen, such as Fighting Cocks Islets, Stone Dog Islet, Finger Islet, and more. Enjoy lunch on board.
14:00 Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Next, kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave. After 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the boat and continue to Ti Top Island. You can swim at Ti Top Beach with its white sandy shore, or try trekking to the top of Ti Top Mountain to admire the panoramic view of Halong Bay.
16:00 Return to the boat. The boat will take you back to the wharf. You can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music and relax, immersing yourself in the nature of Halong Bay.
17:45 Arrive back at the wharf. Board the vehicle back to the hotel to check in and rest.
18:30 Dinner.

The Quang Ninh Museum was inspired by the image of coal, Quang Ninh's characteristic mineral, and designed by Spanish architect Salvador Perez Arroyo. The Quang Ninh Museum and Library is considered a remarkable cultural project and a lasting highlight of a famous scenic area: Ha Long Bay. It is also a massive architectural complex with the largest investment value (over VND 900 billion) and the first official museum built in Quang Ninh Province.
- Register for a tour to Yen Tu – Dong Pagoda. Explore one of Vietnam's largest Buddhist centers (please contact us to book the service at least from the afternoon of the previous day to receive a quotation). If you visit Yen Tu, you will check out of the hotel immediately after breakfast to depart for Yen Tu.
11:00 You check out of the hotel and have lunch at the hotel.
12:00 - 12:30 By car, then depart for Hanoi.

CHILD TICKET PRICE
- Children aged 1‑4 years receive free service but incur an 80,000 VND surcharge for occupying a seat on the boat (parents cover all other child‑related costs, no seat on the vehicle). Two adults may accompany only one free child; a second child is charged 50% (with half‑portion meals and a separate seat on the vehicle).
Note: If one adult travels with one child who qualifies for free service, that child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (the 50% child standard includes half a meal and a separate seat on the car. Any additional attraction tickets are the family’s responsibility).
- Children aged 5‑9 years and height ≤120 cm are charged 75% of the price (one meal and a separate seat on the vehicle)
- Children aged 10 years or older or height >120 cm are charged adult price
- Important note: For children of any age, if height >120 cm the fee is the same as an adult.
