This tour is for anyone wishing to experience the vivid contrast between the bustling city and the tranquil Northern Vietnamese countryside. Crossing Long Bien Bridge, you will cycle along the Red River dike, visit the home of a bonsai artisan, wander through a rural market to sample local fruits, and rest by a lotus pond with a glass of fresh sugarcane juice.
The journey continues along dirt paths winding through villages to Co Loa Citadel – the ancient capital of the Au Lac kingdom, tied to the legend of King An Duong Vuong and the magic crossbow. Lunch is home-cooked at a local village family's house, followed by an afternoon ride past farm fields and craft villages, and a river crossing by local ferry before heading back to the city.

8:00 – Pick-up and bike fitting: Pick up at your hotel, transfer to the shop to choose your bicycle and receive a safety briefing.
Leg 1 – Long Bien Bridge and bonsai gardens: Cross Long Bien Bridge, cycle along the Red River dike, and visit a bonsai-growing family to learn about the art of plant shaping.
