This full-day Jeep tour takes you to explore two craft villages and one of the most significant historical sites in the outskirts of Hanoi. Riding in an open-top UAZ-469 Jeep—an iconic vehicle tied to Vietnam's military history—you will feel the breeze of the Red River and take in views of rice paddies, water buffaloes, and farmers working along the way.
In the morning, visit a bonsai garden, a countryside market, a lotus pond, and the Co Loa Citadel complex, followed by Hoi Phu village to watch locals handcraft traditional brooms. After lunch, the Jeep takes you to Bat Trang ceramic village to visit ancient kilns, the village communal house, workshops, and the pottery market before returning to your hotel.

Detailed itinerary
8:00 – Pick-up: Tour guide and female driver pick you up at the hotel lobby, followed by a safety briefing.
Part 1 – Long Bien Bridge: Ride across the century-old Long Bien Bridge and take in views of the Red River.
Part 2 – Countryside and Bonsai Garden: Travel along the Red River dike to view the countryside fields; visit a local bonsai-growing family.
Part 3 – Village Market, Lotus Pond, and Co Loa Citadel: Taste fresh fruits at the local market, drink sugarcane juice by the lotus pond, and visit the Co Loa historical site.
Part 4 – Hoi Phu Broom Village and Lunch: Watch artisans make broom grass brooms; enjoy a Vietnamese lunch.
Part 5 – Bat Trang Pottery Village: Visit an ancient kiln, the village communal house, a pottery workshop, and the ceramic market; return to the hotel around 16:00.
