Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. The vehicle picks you up at the hotel and departs for Ha Long Bay. On the way, stop for a rest in Hai Duong, where you are free to enjoy Hai Duong specialties such as gai cake, mung bean cake, etc. Continue the journey to Ha Long Bay – a scenic destination recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site in 1994.

Noon: Enjoy lunch on board with Ha Long specialties while admiring the beautiful scenery of the bay.

Afternoon: The boat will stop for you to visit Thien Cung Cave, meaning “Heavenly Palace,” one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay, home to countless magical stalactites that amaze visitors with their sparkling beauty. Dau Go Cave (also known as Dau Go Grotto) is associated with the historical story of General Tran Hung Dao’s resistance against the Yuan-Mongol army in 1288. After that, the cruise continues through Ha Long Bay amid thousands of towering limestone islands, giving visitors the feeling of entering a world of animals fossilized over millions of years, such as Dragon Island, Fighting Cock Islet, Toad Islet, etc.

15:00 The boat gently glides past limestone islands, where you can admire Stone Dog Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, Yen Ngua Islet, etc. The boat stops at Ba Hang fishing village, where you can join kayaking or bamboo boat activities to explore the caves on Ha Long Bay (at your own expense).

16:30 The boat returns to Ha Long pier, and the vehicle takes you back to Hanoi, with a rest stop along the way.

Evening: Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will have dinner at a restaurant and are free to explore Hanoi Old Quarter at night. Then return to the hotel to rest.
Hanoi - Lao Cai - Sapa (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The vehicle will pick you up at the hotel and depart for a trip to Sapa via the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway. Along the way, you will admire the beauty of the Northwestern mountains and forests, with terraced fields sparkling in the morning sunlight or shrouded in mist. You will stop for a 20-minute rest. Afterwards, continue by vehicle to Sapa.

Noon: Arrive in Sapa, have lunch at a restaurant, then check in to the hotel and rest.

Afternoon: The tour guide will take you hiking to explore the Ham Rong Mountain tourist area, one of the mountains in the majestic Hoang Lien Son range. Ham Rong Mountain, with its strange shape resembling the jaw of a sacred dragon, is a famous tourist attraction in Sapa. From Ham Rong Mountain, you can admire panoramic views of Sapa, Muong Hoa Valley, and Ta Phin appearing and disappearing in the mist. The first stop on the tour is the one-of-a-kind Orchid Garden in Sapa, with more than 6,000 baskets of orchids of many different varieties planted in pots and baskets, or growing in rock crevices and living as epiphytes on forest trees. The Pear Garden, Docynia Apple Garden, and Ham Rong Central Flower Garden appear before visitors as a private corner of Sapa, with an unprecedentedly vast flower garden in full bloom, surrounded by magnificent mountains; looking up, you will see a chilly sky with light mist covering the paths in a dreamlike haze that only the mountains and forests of Sapa possess. Broken Rock, Heaven Gate, Dragon Head, Lady Buddha Rock, Sapa Cloud Yard, Crocodile Rock, Thien Thach Lam Area, and the television tower are where heaven and earth meet, allowing you to admire panoramic views of Sapa from above.

Evening: The group will have dinner at a restaurant featuring famous delicacies from the Northwestern mountainous region. After dinner, you are free to stroll around town, visit Sapa Stone Church, and attend the Sapa Love Market night — a traditional cultural feature of the Mong and Dao ethnic groups in the highlands (if visiting on a Saturday evening). Alternatively, shop for souvenirs and enjoy Northwestern highland specialties such as grilled underarm pork, grilled eggs, docynia apple wine, and interact with highland ethnic people. Return to the hotel in the center of Sapa town to rest.
Sapa - Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast, lunch)

Morning: After breakfast, the tour guide accompanies you on foot to begin the Sapa exploration check-in journey with the following options:

Option 1: Visit Cat Cat Village in Sapa, also known as Shin Chai of the H’Mong people in Sapa. Stop by Cat Cat Village – Thuy Dien Waterfall – Tien Sa Stream, as beautiful as a painting. Admire the magnificent and enchanting terraced fields under the morning sunlight, blended with layers of mist, freely take beautiful photos of the waterfall, watch dances performed by the Tay and Mong ethnic groups, and breathe in the fresh, peaceful air of the rustic village. Learn about the unique culture and customs of the local people through traditional crafts such as weaving, silver carving, forging farming tools, the wife-pulling custom, etc. You are free to visit and take souvenir photos before returning to the hotel.

Option 2: Conquer Fansipan Peak in Sapa (at your own expense). Fansipan, also known by the spellings Phan Xi Pang and Phanxipang, is the highest mountain in Vietnam and the entire Indochina region. Located at an altitude of 3,143m and belonging to the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, Fansipan is only about 9km southwest of Sapa town and has long become a destination attracting large numbers of domestic and international tourists to Sapa. To reach Fansipan Peak, you will take the Muong Hoa mountain train from Sapa directly to Fansipan Cable Car Station (100,000 VND), or the mountain railway from the upper station of the Fansipan cable car to Fansipan Peak (150,000 VND). You are free to visit, admire the majestic panoramic view of the mountains from above, touch the drifting clouds with your own hands, and take souvenir photos. In addition, visitors can also make a pilgrimage to the spiritual tourism area – Trinh Pagoda and Ha Pagoda at the arrival station.

Noon: The group returns to the hotel for lunch and rest.

Afternoon: Say goodbye to Sapa, and the vehicle picks you up to return to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, complete procedures for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City, ending the fascinating Northern Vietnam Tour. Farewell and see you again on the next journeys!
