Detailed itinerary
Morning: Hanoi - Thung Nai - Thac Bo Temple
06:00: The vehicle and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point and depart for Hoa Binh.
09:00: Arrive at Thung Nai Pier and board the boat to explore the reservoir.
Visit Thac Bo Temple: Learn about the worship of the Mother Goddesses of the Three Realms and admire the temple’s unique architecture.
Lunch: Have lunch in Hoa Binh
11:30: The boat takes you back to the pier, then the vehicle transfers the group to Hoa Binh City for lunch at a restaurant.
Afternoon: Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant - Hanoi
13:00: Explore Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant:
- Admire the 8 massive generator units.
- Learn about the plant’s operating process.
- Visit the spillway and discharge dam.
- Explore the Hydropower Museum.
15:30: Board the vehicle back to Hanoi.

PAYMENT TERMS
Phase 01: Customers pay 70% of the tour value upon registering for the tour.
Phase 02: Customers pay 30% of the tour value 03 days before the departure date.
Note: For tours registered close to the departure date, from 03 to 05 days in advance, customers are kindly requested to pay 100% of the tour value.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of service cancellation by us:
If we are unable to operate the trip/service, the company must immediately notify the customer and refund the full amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the official announcement of the trip/travel service cancellation, either in cash or by bank transfer.
In case of service cancellation by the customer:
If you are unable to continue using the service/tour, you must notify the Company in writing or by email (requests to transfer/cancel tours by phone will not be handled). At the same time, please bring the Tour/Service Registration Form and payment receipt to the Vietnam Booking office to complete the cancellation/transfer procedure.
For cases of service/tour transfer or change: The Company will review the actual situation to calculate fees and provide appropriate support to the customer.
In case of service/tour cancellation: Customers must bear the tour/service cancellation fee according to the company’s regulations and all bank fees for online payment.
Cancellation fees are specified as follows:
- If canceling or changing, customers must notify 10 days in advance (No more than 02 changes will be handled).
- Cancellation notice from 7 days to 5 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- Cancellation/change notice from 5 days to 3 days before the departure date: 75% of the tour price will be charged.
- If you cancel the tour within 3 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour value.
- If you arrive late for departure, it will be considered a cancellation within 3 days before the departure date.
- Holiday/Tet periods: non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.
Note: Depending on which condition occurs first, we will apply that condition.
Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
Deposit, payment, cancellation, and tour rescheduling dates: Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.
NOTES
- On the departure date, customers are kindly requested to gather at the designated pick-up point.
- We are not responsible if customers arrive late.
- Customers must bring valid personal identification documents (ID card or Passport).
- Any service included in the tour that customers do not use is non-refundable.
- The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing points to suit the conditions of each specific departure date while still ensuring all sightseeing points in the program are covered.
- Seafood purchases must be packed in sealed and clean foam boxes. The driver has the right to refuse transportation if customers bring seafood onto the vehicle without careful packaging.
- Do not bring any seafood into the seating area. The driver has the right to refuse to transport seafood if customers buy too much seafood and there is no space in the vehicle’s luggage compartment.
