Detailed itinerary
08:00 – 08:20 Our vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point in Hue city center.
The group arrives at the first attraction, Thien Mu Pagoda, an ancient pagoda built in the early 17th century.
Afterwards, the vehicle picks you up to continue visiting the Imperial Citadel (the Imperial Palace of 13 Nguyen Dynasty kings, the last feudal dynasty of Vietnam: Ngo Mon Gate, the Forbidden Purple City, The Mieu Temple, Hien Lam Pavilion, the Nine Dynastic Urns), and the Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities.
12:00 Enjoy lunch. You will savor a lunch featuring Hue's specialty dishes at a local restaurant.
Afternoon 13:30 Our vehicle and tour guide take the group to visit the Tomb of King Minh Mang – also known as Hieu Tomb. This is one of the most scenic royal tombs of the Nguyen emperors, situated at the confluence of the Huu Trach and Ta Trach rivers at the source of the Perfume River.
15:00 Explore the Tomb of King Khai Dinh
The group moves on to explore the Tomb of King Khai Dinh – the last tomb built during the Nguyen Dynasty. It features a blend of European and Asian architecture, breaking away from the traditional art style of the Nguyen Dynasty.
16:30 Discover the Incense-making Village
You will continue to stop and explore the Incense-making Village and the Conical Hat-making Village in Thuy Xuan Ward. These are two famous traditional craft villages in Hue.
17:00 Tour concludes. The vehicle and tour guide take you back to your hotel for check-in. You are free to enjoy dinner and explore Hue at night.

The group continues to visit Tu Hieu Pagoda – an ancient pagoda bearing the historic architectural charm of the ancient capital of Hue, renowned for its beautiful and tranquil scenery.
11:00 Depart to visit Ru Cha Mangrove Forest – famous for its mystical beauty and known as the only rare primeval mangrove forest remaining in Southeast Asia's largest lagoon system – Tam Giang Lagoon. The group is free to sightsee, stroll around, and take photos with the pristine beauty of the forest.
11:30 Board the vehicle and head to Chuon Lagoon / Tam Giang Lagoon. Boarding the boat, the tour guide will introduce you to Southeast Asia's largest lagoon system: Tam Giang. Venturing deep into Chuon Lagoon, you will have the chance to admire the romantic scenery quintessential of a water region, see the "nha cho" (stilt houses) perched on bamboo poles, and learn about the daily life of the local lagoon dwellers.
Participate in an authentic lagoon experience with fishing activities: water splashing, net casting, and catching fish.

The group departs to visit Thanh Toan Tile-Roofed Bridge, a wooden bridge built hundreds of years ago with an extremely unique "house above, bridge below" architecture that encompasses three functions: a path between villages, a bridge connecting both banks, and a resting place for weary travelers!
Beside the bridge is an expansive view of stretching fields and a rustic countryside market, making the rural landscape here appear as peaceful and simple as the people of Hue themselves.
10:00 Leaving the peaceful countryside, visitors continue along National Highway 1A, passing through the Phuoc Tuong and Phu Gia tunnels.
The tour guide will recount the legends of Tam Giang Lagoon and Truong Nha Ho as you pass by Tam Giang Lagoon.

15:30 The group continues to visit Lap An Lagoon – with picturesque scenery embraced by the Bach Ma mountain range, making Lap An an extraordinary destination. This place is also known as a second Diep Son with an underwater walking path across the lagoon at low tide, allowing visitors to capture stunning photographs.
