Tour description
Once regarded merely as a gateway to the Costa del Sol, Málaga has reinvented itself to become one of Spain’s most culturally rich and fascinating cities, with three thousand years of history stretching between the sea and the mountains. On this walking tour, a local guide will reveal Málaga’s Phoenician, Roman, Moorish and Spanish past, all woven into the sun-drenched old town.
You’ll admire the Roman Theatre nestled beneath a Moorish fortress, stroll along marble-paved streets lined with tapas bars, and stand outside the house where Pablo Picasso was born. Bathed in light, flavor and laid-back charm, Málaga is the perfect city to explore on foot and enjoy at a leisurely pace.
