SAIGON - SOC TRANG – MY PHUOC (Lunch, Dinner)
In the morning, 06:30 depart from Saigon to Soc Trang.
08:00 arrive in My Tho City, the group stops for a rest in Tien Giang, then continues the journey to Soc Trang. Guests have lunch, enjoy the Lam Thon dance performance, and visit Dat Set (Clay) Pagoda and Som Rong Pagoda in Soc Trang.
In the afternoon, the vehicle takes the group to the south bank of the Hau River to take photos of the fruit wholesale market and My Phuoc ferry dock. Guests board the ferry across the Hau River to My Phuoc Islet – Check in at the islet's 110-hectare fruit orchard area, filled with lush fruit trees everywhere you look.
Here, guests receive bicycles and ride along shaded village lanes, where you can reach out and pick fruit at any time. The tour guide will lead guests to the most fruitful areas to taste together. Afterwards, return to the local homestay on the islet, relax, take photos, and join in preparing authentic Southern dishes: making Southern crispy pancakes (bánh xèo) the unique way of My Phuoc locals, picking garden vegetables, and enjoying home-grown specialties in the peaceful islet setting.

SOC TRANG – SOUTH HAU RIVER - SAIGON (Breakfast, Lunch)
In the morning, guests have breakfast and enjoy morning coffee in the orchard - with specialties such as: Soc Trang noodle soup, stir-fried noodles... Afterward, the tour guide takes guests on a bike ride around the gardens to check in and take photos at notable spots on the islet, including: star apple orchards, longan orchards, plum orchards, mango groves, honeybee farms... Then return to the homestay to take part in draining ditches to catch fish in the channels around the orchard, grill the fish, pick vegetables, and prepare rustic Southern-style dishes such as: cork fruit sour soup, straw-grilled snakehead fish, banana flower salad, grilled free-range chicken with chili salt... Guests have lunch at the homestay, relax, and pack luggage.
In the afternoon: Guests board the ferry to cross back to the south bank of the Hau River, then board the vehicle to depart for Saigon, stopping for a rest at the Cai Be rest stop before continuing on to Saigon.
