Hai Van Pass is at its best when you feel the wind on your face, and a classic open-top Jeep is the most comfortable way to experience it—no need to ride a motorbike, plus plenty of space for photos.
On this private tour, your driver-guide will take you from Da Nang along Nam O fishing village, famous for its fish sauce, then up the pass’s winding roads, stopping at viewpoints overlooking the bay. At the summit, we’ll explore Hai Van Gate, built in the 1820s and later reinforced with bunkers during the French and American wars. We’ll descend the other side of the pass to Lang Co, home to oyster farms, stop at a quiet beach, and enjoy a seafood lunch before driving back.

Stop 3 - Hai Van Pass Viewpoints (around 09:20): Stop for photos overlooking Da Nang Bay.
Stop 4 - Hai Van Gate (around 10:00): The fortress and wartime bunkers at the top of the pass.
Stop 5 - Lap An Lagoon (around 11:00): Oyster farms and fishing villages.
Stop 6 - Beach and seafood lunch (around 12:00).
