En route to Binh Dinh, the tour guide will share information about the landscapes and people of Xu Nau. It is known as a miniature ancient phoenix town.

TOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION REGULATIONS
a. For Group Guests:
1. The tour registration deadline is clearly stated in the contract terms when guests register for a group, agency, company, family, etc.
2. The tour cancellation period is also clearly stated in the contract, calculated from the time the contract is signed until cancellation.
b. For Individual Guests:
1. After booking the tour, guests must pay at least 50%, and pay 100% seven days before departure.
2. Guests who change the departure date at least 10 days in advance will not be charged. Changes made eight days before departure incur a 20% fee (excluding holidays and Sundays). The departure date may be changed only once.
3. After registering and paying the deposit, immediate cancellation incurs a 10% fee.
+ Before departure: 08–10 days – 30% fee (excluding holidays and Sundays).
+ Before departure: 06–08 days – 50% fee (excluding holidays and Sundays).
+ Before departure: 03–05 days – 70% fee (excluding holidays and Sundays).
+ Before departure: 03 days – 100% fee (excluding holidays and Sundays). The above regulations do not apply to holidays and Tet.
4. During holidays, Tet, and peak periods, changing the departure date or canceling the tour at least 15 days before departure incurs a fee of 50% of the tour price. Less than 15 days before departure incurs a fee of 100% of the tour price (excluding holidays and Sundays).
5. After canceling the tour, guests are kindly requested to visit the company to receive their refund within 7 working days from the time the cancellation is reported. We will only refund the amount after the aforementioned seven-day period.
6. In the event of force majeure beyond the company's control, such as earthquakes, natural disasters, epidemics, riots, demonstrations, political instability, fires, or incidents involving ships, trains, or flight cancellations, the company will not refund any additional costs other than deducting the costs of tour services that the guest did not use.
7. In the event of circumstances beyond the company's direct control, such as attractions unexpectedly closing, bays managed by the Ministry of National Defense unexpectedly closing for management, inspection, or military exercises, or vehicles unexpectedly breaking down, the company will replace them with other attractions or means of transportation. In the event that the number of guests unexpectedly decreases before departure and is insufficient for the tour to operate, the departure date will be postponed and guests will be notified as soon as possible so they can proactively arrange their schedules to join the nearest departure. (The departure date may be changed only once in the event of force majeure.)
