Detailed itinerary
SAIGON – LONG XUYEN – CAM MOUNTAIN – CHAU DOC (BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/ DINNER)
The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point to depart for An Giang.
Noon: Stop to rest and have lunch in Long Xuyen.
Afternoon: The group travels to Tri Ton District – An Giang, visiting scenic spots such as: Phung Hoang Son, Thuy Dai Son, Thien Cam Son, Anh Vu Son... belonging to the majestic That Son (Seven Mountains) range.
The group visits Cam Mountain (cable car ticket at own expense) – known as the "roof of the Mekong Delta" at an altitude of approximately 710 meters. Cam Mountain is as picturesque as a soft silk ribbon, featuring vast and majestic landscapes, lush greenery, a cool climate, and famous sights such as: Phat Lon Pagoda, Thuy Liem Lake, the Maitreya Buddha statue... Return to Chau Doc to check in, relax, and enjoy dinner.
Evening: You will visit:
- Tay An Pagoda – one of the finest scenic spots in An Giang and the Southern region, recognized as a national historical and cultural relic.
- Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb (Son Lang) – a rare architectural monument from the Nguyen Dynasty still preserved intact in the Southern region.
- Ba Chua Xu Temple – a famous spiritual destination in the Mekong Delta. You are free to rent a bicycle to visit the Sam Mountain night market or stroll around town to enjoy the sights of Chau Doc by night.

08:00: The group begins the visit to Tra Su Cajeput Forest Ecotourism Site – a wetland forest typical of the region west of the Hau River. It is home to many species of flora and fauna: birds, mammals, reptiles, fish... listed in Vietnam's Red Data Book.
The group travels by motorboat weaving through lotus valleys and the cajeput forest, takes a traditional rowing sampan for sightseeing, or climbs the observation tower for a panoramic view of the cajeput forest. Guests have lunch at Tra Su Cajeput Forest with rustic Western-style dishes such as: grilled snakehead fish, caramelized climbing perch in clay pot, sour pangasius hotpot, boiled vegetables...
13:00: The group boards the bus to return to Saigon, stopping in Sa Dec to buy Mekong Delta specialties as gifts: Lai Vung fermented pork rolls, milk rice paper, prawn crackers, pink mandarins...
18:00: Arriving in Saigon, the bus drops guests off at the initial pick-up point, concluding the tour program. Thank you and see you again!
