18:20: Cruise around District 1 downtown as the city lights turn on, stopping for photos at Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office.
18:45: Savor Southern Vietnamese sizzling pancakes (bánh xèo) and fresh rolls at a long-standing eatery in District 3.
19:30: Cross the bridge into District 4 – Saigon's snail "capital," tasting signature snail and seafood dishes.
20:15: Visit Cho Lon to try grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves (bò lá lốt), sweet soup desserts (chè), and Chinese street snacks.
21:00: Take a break at a rooftop café for panoramic views of the city at night.
21:30: Unwind at a live music bar with an included drink.
22:00: Driver takes you back to your hotel, concluding the tour.
