Tour description

San Antonio is the most historic and culturally rich city in Texas, where Spanish missions, Mexican heritage and Texan pride come together along a beautiful river winding through downtown. On this walking tour a local guide leads you from the legendary Alamo to the lush River Walk below street level.

You will stand before the Alamo and hear the story of its famous siege, stroll the tree-shaded River Walk, and discover the Spanish colonial and Tejano roots that give the city its distinctive flavour. Warm, historic and full of character, San Antonio offers one of the most enjoyable city walks in the American Southwest.
