Morning:
Start the journey at Taipei 101, the symbol of Taipei. Visit the ground floor or go up to the observatory, and shop at the mall.
Visit Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, admire its grand architecture and Liberty Square.
Noon: Enjoy xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung (Xinyi, Taipei).
Afternoon:
Take the train to Shifen Old Street. Release sky lanterns for good luck and stroll through the old street.
Evening: Explore Shilin Night Market and enjoy stinky tofu, bubble milk tea, and grilled squid.
