Detailed itinerary
HANOI – QUANG NINH GATE (Lunch, dinner)
06:00 The Viptrip car and guide pick up the teachers and students at the school, taking attendance.
06:30 The group departs for Chu Van An Temple.
08:30 The bus arrives at Chu Van An Temple, inviting teachers and students to gather at the temple's central courtyard for a solemn ceremony honoring the spirit of Teacher Chu Van An, the “Eternal Master” of all ages, and to light incense in remembrance of the teacher.
09:00 The group boards the bus and departs for Quang Ninh Gate Tourist Area.
09:40 The tourist area guide meets the group at the Gate.
Students are divided into teams, receive resting spots, move to store luggage and rest.
The group gathers at the stage, the guide greets and introduces, and reviews the school program.
The group participates in stage games, entertainment, and folk dancing led by the guide.
Visit the rural market, thatched house, lowland house, stilt house.
Note: (If visiting the 3D Painting Museum, 18 Floors of Hell experience, an additional ticket fee applies)
11:30 - 14:30 Lunch at Cánh Buồm Restaurant.
The group rests in the rooms.
15:00 - 17:00 The group experiences folk games at Quang Ninh Gate.
The group participates in the following experiences:
- Vietnamese calligraphy
- Sạp dance
- Tug of war
- Experience folk games: pottery making, net fishing, blindfolded duck catching, …
- Water rocket STEM activity
- Desert water retention activity
- Free play at Quang Ninh Gate water park (if the weather is still sunny, swimming is possible) or replace with a water puppet show (if the weather turns cold)
17:30 Personal hygiene.
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner at the tourist area restaurant.
19:15 – 21:00 Teachers and students gather in the hall for a gala dinner themed “Ngô Gia Tự By Night” (script attached), with a DJ playing music
21:30 End of program, the group returns to the rooms for the night at the tourist area.

11:30 – 13:00 Group lunch at Quang Ninh Gate restaurant.
15:00 Program ends, group boards the bus to return.
18:00 Return to the original pick‑up point, trip concludes, guide says goodbye to guests and looks forward to meeting again!
