Detailed itinerary
The vehicle will take you to Can Gio Pier, where you will board a boat to Thanh An Island—the only island commune in Ho Chi Minh City. Check in at a cozy homestay in a local’s home, stroll around the fishing village to learn about fishermen’s lives, help your host prepare the fishing nets, enjoy a seafood dinner made with the day’s fresh catch, and listen to the gentle sound of waves lapping against the veranda.
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Rise early with the fishermen to head out to sea and experience fishing for seafood while welcoming the sunrise on the beach. Return to enjoy a warm breakfast, stroll through the market to buy fresh seafood as gifts before boarding the boat to leave the island, bringing to an end a rare and peaceful 2-day, 1-night journey.
