Detailed itinerary
SACRED FISH STREAM – LAM KINH – CITADEL OF THE HO DYNASTY 1-DAY TOUR
07:00 AM: The vehicle picks you up in Sam Son City or Thanh Hoa City. Depart to visit the Lam Kinh Historical Relic Site (60 km), known as the "golden cradle of the Vietnamese nation."
09:00 AM: Arriving at Lam Kinh, the tour guide will take you to visit the historical site associated with the uprising of national hero Le Loi and listen to the site docent introduce the heroic history of the Vietnamese nation and the hero of Thanh Hoa. After the visit, the vehicle and tour guide will take you to visit the Cam Thuy Sacred Fish Stream.
Noon: Arrive in Cam Thuy Town – Have lunch at a restaurant.
After lunch, begin the journey to explore Cam Luong Sacred Fish Stream, located in Cam Luong Commune, Cam Thuy District. The sacred fish in Cam Luong are not an abstract legend, but a teeming population of tens of thousands of fish. Next to Ngoc Stream is the sacred Snake Temple; according to legend, this deity protects the fish. On the left bank of Ngoc Stream is Ngoc Temple, built in the 11th century, and Cay Dang Cave with its many natural stalactites.
Afternoon: Bid farewell to the fish stream as the vehicle takes you to the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty – a World Cultural Heritage site. A tour guide from the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty Heritage Management Board will take you to admire the remarkable values of the site and introduce the cultural, historical, and architectural significance of the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty.
16:40: The vehicle and tour guide take you back to the hotel.
18:30: Arrive back at the original pick-up point. Farewell, and see you again on upcoming tours.
