Detailed itinerary
Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh – Pu Mat (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Morning: The tour guide will meet guests and assist with check-in at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Depart on a flight to Vinh to begin the Vinh – Nghe An tour. Upon arrival in Vinh, guests will check in at the hotel, then depart for Pu Mat National Park – a world biosphere reserve.
Lunch.
Afternoon: Take a dugout canoe along the Giang River and visit Co Phat Village – home to the Dan Lai ethnic group, who are said not to know how to lie down.
Evening: Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Morning: The tour guide will meet guests and assist with check-in at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Depart on a flight to Vinh to begin the Vinh – Nghe An tour. Upon arrival in Vinh, guests will check in at the hotel, then depart for Pu Mat National Park – a world biosphere reserve.

Morning: Breakfast. Visit Pu Mat National Park, home to more than 2,500 plant species and nearly 500 animal species, including more than 400 butterfly species alone. The group then departs for Vinh, stopping at a restaurant for lunch.
Afternoon: Travel to Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh, to pay respects at the tomb and visit the memorial complex dedicated to the great poet Nguyen Du – a World Cultural Celebrity. Try to interpret “the moth-like eyebrows” in “A full moon-like face, moth-like eyebrows flourishing” from a practical and critical perspective. Climb Quyet Mountain and pay a visit to the temple dedicated to Quang Trung – the person who decided to choose Nghe An as Phuong Hoang Trung Do.
Evening: Dinner. Free time to stroll around the city at night.

Morning: Guests have an early breakfast. Depart for Đô Lương to visit Đại Sơn market (also known as Ú Market). This is the largest wholesale market for buffaloes, cattle, and horses in Vietnam, established in 1967. The market takes place on the 1st, 6th, 11th, 16th, 21st, and 26th days of each lunar month. Each market session attracts approximately 4,000–7,000 buffaloes, cattle, and horses. Travel to Trù Sơn. Learn about the traditional craft village making handmade earthenware pots, which dates back to the Trần Dynasty. Meet the artisans.
Afternoon: Continue exploring the craft village. See the kiln used to fire handmade pots. Choose pots as gifts. Ride a white buffalo (also known as a he buffalo, stork buffalo, or white buffalo) to explore the ancient village. Return to Vinh. Visit Cuông Temple, dedicated to Thục Phán An Dương Vương, a national historical site in Diễn Châu.
Evening: Overnight stay.
