EXPLORING DA LAT - THE CITY OF LOVE
07:00 The vehicle takes you to a restaurant for breakfast, then picks you up to depart for sightseeing:
- Da Lat Flower Park - Bringing together over 1,000 varieties of flowers from all regions as well as imported blooms, you will be immersed in a myriad of vibrant colors here. It can be considered a miniature flower museum and is also the venue for famous domestic and international flower festivals.
- Bao Dai Palace - The mansion remains intact in its original state; in the past, it was used to welcome high-level delegations, military advisors, and more, and served as the residence and workplace of the last emperor of Vietnam's feudal dynasty. Today, it attracts many visitors with its elegance, antique charm, and well-preserved historical values.
- Domaine De Marie Church – A unique architectural work combining Western European style with pure Central Highlands architectural elements, located on Mai Anh Hill with curved roofs and meticulous, intricate designs. In addition, you can purchase quality woolen products handcrafted by local orphans.
11:00 The group returns to the restaurant for lunch, then goes back to the hotel to rest.
14:00 The vehicle picks up the group at the hotel to depart for the afternoon tour:
- Da Lat Railway Station - Recognized as a national historical and cultural relic of Vietnam, famous for its classic yellow hue and massive carriages brought from distant Europe. In the past, this was one of the first cog railway lines in our country, built by the French from Phan Rang to Da Lat for logistics purposes. However, today this railway only operates for 7 kilometers from Da Lat Station to Trai Mat, serving mainly tourism.
- LangBiang Tourist Area - The "roof" of Da Lat standing over 2,000 meters above sea level. Arriving at the foot of the mountain, visitors conquer LangBiang Peak by specialized jeeps (jeep fee at your own expense), spending about 15 to 20 minutes traveling on winding roads to reach the mountain peak featuring stunning, colorful flower gardens. From the summit, you can cast your eyes far away to admire Dankia Lake, Golden Stream, Silver Stream, and the panoramic view of Da Lat from above, with floating mist drifting before your eyes, making you feel as if you are walking on clouds.
17:00 The group descends to the foot of the mountain to enjoy dinner at a restaurant. After dinner, the group will participate in a Central Highlands Gong Cultural Exchange—a unique cultural feature of the ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands in general and the Lach people in Da Lat in particular, formed across a vast land stretching from Kon Tum to Lam Dong. Enjoy singing and dancing around the sacred fire, drinking stem wine (ruou can), and tasting grilled meat with the Lach people.
21:30 The vehicle takes the group back to the hotel to rest.
In the evening, you are free to explore the night market's culinary delights such as banh can, grilled rice paper, hot soy milk, chicken hotpot with e leaves... Overnight at the hotel.
