Detailed itinerary
Morning:
07:00: Vehicle and tour guide pick up guests at the meeting point in Ca Mau City.
The group departs for U Minh Ha National Park.
Explore U Minh Ha Forest, considered to have the highest biomass value among forest types, home to about 250 plant species—predominantly cajeput trees growing everywhere—over 180 bird species, more than 20 reptile species… with many rare species listed in the Red Data Book.
Arrive at Huong Tram Tourist Area, where guests will experience a motorized long-tail boat (tac rang) ride to explore the cajeput wetland ecosystem. Continue the journey on a traditional three-plank sampan to tour the cajeput forest. The group climbs Vong Lam Dai Observation Tower for a panoramic view of U Minh Forest from above, where visitors will be awestruck by the boundless, immense expanse of a vast primeval forest.
Noon:
Have lunch at the tourist area. Afterwards, the group departs for sightseeing.
Afternoon:
Arrive at Dat Mui Ca Mau Tourist Area, set foot on the southernmost land of the country, and admire Ca Mau Cape, the second-largest mangrove forest in the world. The group takes commemorative photos at the National Coordinate Landmark GPS 0001, visits the Ca Mau Cape Pano, the Hanoi Flagpole, the historic Ho Chi Minh Highway End Point KM2436 flagpole, and visits the Temple of Lac Long Quan and Mother Au Co.
Late afternoon: The vehicle takes the group back to Ca Mau City center. The tour guide bids farewell and looks forward to seeing you again!
