Display Priority Policy

DISPLAY PRIORITY POLICY

(Issued in conjunction with Decision No. 02/2026/QD-DGT dated October 30, 2026, by the Director of DGROUP Technology Company Limited – Version 1.0 – Effective from October 30, 2026)

Article 1. Scope of Application and Legal Basis

1. This Policy publicly discloses how the e-commerce platform huongdanviendulich.vn (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) filters, sorts, and displays search results for tour guides, travel partners (travel agencies), tours, and vehicles; cases of non-display or temporary hiding; and the principles applied when the Platform introduces display priority or advertising services.
2. This Policy consolidates and replaces the previous "Search Results Sorting and Display Criteria" page.
3. This Policy applies to DGROUP Technology Company Limited – the operator of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), Sellers, Buyers, and all platform users.
4. Legal Basis: The Law on E-Commerce 2025; Article 11 of Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP; The Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023; and the Operating Regulations of the Platform.

Article 2. Definition of Terms

1. Seller: Tour guides, Travel Partners, or Transport Providers verified and approved by the Platform.
2. Tourist (Buyer): Individuals or organizations searching for, booking, and utilizing services provided by Sellers on the Platform.
3. Product: Service listings posted by Sellers (tour guide services, tours, vehicles) that have been moderated and approved by the Platform.
4. Display Priority: Placing a Seller or Product in a more prominent position than the order determined by the criteria in Article 5 due to paid fees or other benefits provided to the Company.

Article 3. General Principles

1. Search results are sorted automatically and objectively, following the same set of publicly disclosed criteria applicable to all Sellers.
2. Currently, the Platform does not sell display priority slots, does not sell advertisements, and does not offer paid membership packages. No Seller can pay money or provide other benefits to the Company to receive a higher ranking.
3. Only verified Sellers and moderated Products will appear in search results.

Article 4. Search Filters

Users can narrow down results using the search bar and filters within each category:

Filters only exclude results that do not match the criteria selected by the user; the ranking order of the remaining results still follows Article 5 or Article 6.

Điều 5. Default Display Order

When users do not select an alternative sorting method, results are automatically sorted based on the following criteria:

Aside from the criteria above, the Platform does not use any other criteria to determine the default display order.

Article 6. User-Selected Sorting

In categories equipped with sorting tools, users may choose to reorder results instead of using the default order, based on the options displayed on the interface:

• Price: Low to High;
• Price: High to Low;
• Highest Rated;
• Newest (based on when the product was approved for display).

The price used for sorting is the price published by the Seller on the product page. Choosing a sort option only changes the display order and does not affect the non-display cases specified in Article 8.

Article 7. Factors Not Affecting Display Order

The following factors are not used to raise or lower rankings:

• The type or rate of platform service fees paid by the Seller;
• The affiliate marketing commission rate set by the Seller for collaborators;
• Any payments or benefits outside the published fee schedule.

Article 8. Cases of Non-Display and Temporary Hiding

1. Products and Sellers will not be displayed in search results when:
   • The Seller's account is in "Pending Approval" status or is requested to provide supplementary documentation before being approved;
   • The Product has not been moderated, has been rejected, or has been removed;
   • The tour guide card, vehicle inspection certificate, insurance, or transport badge has expired and has not been updated (the system issues an alert 30 days prior to the expiration date and automatically hides the product upon expiration);
   • The travel business license or transport business license has been revoked or suspended;
   • Content has been automatically flagged by the review system and temporarily hidden pending verification by moderators;
   • The Seller is currently subject to enforcement measures involving hiding, product removal, temporary account suspension, or permanent account ban under the Operating Regulations.
2. Products will be displayed again after the cause has been resolved and verified, moderated by the platform.
3. The Seller's ranking may decrease according to the criteria in Article 5 when review scores and order fulfillment rates drop (for example, the Seller cancels a confirmed order) or response times become slow.

Article 9. Reviews and Prevention of Ranking Manipulation

1. Only Buyers with completed orders are permitted to review Sellers. Review content is automatically screened based on a set of keywords; violating reviews will be hidden or removed.
2. Fake orders, fraudulent reviews, account sharing, and any acts of manipulating display rankings are strictly prohibited.
3. Sellers who violate regulations will be handled in accordance with the Operating Regulations: warning, request for rectification → hiding, removing products → restricting new listings → deducting reputation points → temporary suspension → permanent account termination, reporting to competent authorities. Fraudulent reviews and orders will not be counted toward the criteria in Article 5.
4. Buyers who make fake bookings or provide false reviews will receive a warning, have booking and reviewing functions restricted, or face temporary or permanent account suspension.
5. Users who detect signs of ranking manipulation can report them via the channels in the Contact section or through the “My Complaints” form.

Article 10. Priority Display and Advertising upon Implementation

When implementing priority display or paid advertising services, the Company commits to:

1. Carrying out procedures to amend and supplement registration in accordance with Article 28 of Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP prior to putting the service into operation;
2. Updating this Policy and announcing in advance the principles, criteria, and fee schedule of priority display services in accordance with Article 11 of Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP;
3. Publicly announcing on the platform and sending direct notifications to Sellers at least 20 days prior to the effective date;
4. Clearly and recognizably labeling “Sponsored” at each priority display position so that users can distinguish them from ranking results based on the criteria in Article 5;
5. Applying this only to verified, moderated Sellers and products that do not fall under the circumstances specified in Article 8.

Article 11. Changes to Display Criteria

When changing ranking and display criteria, the Company will update this Policy, clearly stating the version, issuance date, and effective date, publicly announce it on the platform, and send it to Sellers at least 07 days prior to the effective date, except in cases where immediate adjustments must be made as required by competent state authorities.
