Affiliate Marketing Regulations

Last updated: 10/10/2026

Article 1. Scope of Application

  • These regulations apply to Collaborators — affiliate marketers under Article 26 of the E-Commerce Law — participating in the affiliate marketing program of huongdanviendulich.vn.
  • Collaborators are not employees, agents, or representatives of the platform or of the sellers.

Article 2. Conditions for Participation

  • Be an individual aged 18 or older, or an organization.
  • Provide accurate identification information and a bank account in their own name to receive commissions; update information promptly upon any changes.
  • Read and accept these Regulations when registering a Collaborator account.
  • Participation is completely free of charge.

Article 3. Order Tracking and Attribution

  • Collaborators generate referral links or referral codes in the Affiliate Marketing Area and share them via their own channels.
  • An order is credited to a Collaborator when a Traveler accesses through the link or enters the referral code. Referral links and codes have no expiration date. Links and codes only cease to be valid when the service is fully booked, hidden or removed by the seller, taken down by the platform due to violations, or when the Collaborator's account is terminated.
  • If a Traveler uses links or codes from multiple Collaborators, the order will be credited to the link or code used most recently before booking.
  • Commissions will not be credited for orders placed by Collaborators themselves using their own links or codes.

Article 4. Commission

  • The commission rate is set by the seller for each service, the platform imposes no maximum cap, and it is displayed in the Affiliate Marketing Area before the Collaborator shares it.
  • Commissions are paid by sellers and deducted from the amount disbursed to sellers during the same reconciliation period. The platform does not charge fees to Collaborators.
  • If a seller changes the commission rate, the new rate applies only to orders generated after the time of change.

Commission Status:

StatusWhen
PendingImmediately after the Traveler pays for the order. Displayed in the Collaborator's wallet, not yet available for withdrawal.
AvailableThe service has been completed and the 05-working-day complaint period has expired without any complaints, or any complaint has been definitively resolved without a refund.
CanceledThe order is canceled or refunded; a complaint is resolved with a refund; or the commission results from actions violating these Regulations.

Article 5. Commission Withdrawal

  • Collaborators may request a withdrawal when the available balance reaches a minimum of 200,000 VND.
  • Commissions are transferred to the registered and verified bank account held in the Collaborator's name within 05 working days from receiving a valid request.
  • Collaborators are solely responsible for tax obligations arising from commission income. Where the law requires tax withholding before payment, the withheld tax amount will be reflected on the statement sent to the Collaborator.

Article 6. Obligations of Collaborators

  • Labeling: Clearly label affiliate marketing content that earns commissions, placed in a visible position before users click the link.
  • Honesty: Accurately present the information published by sellers regarding prices, itineraries, included services, and cancellation and refund policies.
  • Responsibility: Take full responsibility for the promotional content published by themselves.
  • Legal Compliance: Comply with legal regulations on advertising, e-commerce, and personal data protection.

Article 7. Prohibited Acts

  • False or misleading advertising regarding prices, quality, itineraries; making promises about promotions or gifts that the seller does not provide.
  • Sending promotional messages, emails, or calls in violation of legal regulations.
  • Impersonating the platform or sellers; claiming to be employees or representatives of the platform.
  • Self-booking through one's own links or codes; creating fictitious orders; using multiple accounts to receive commissions.
  • Sharing links on pages or groups with content that violates the law or public morality.
  • Unlawfully collecting or using Travelers' personal data through referral activities.

Article 8. Handling of Violations

Depending on the severity, the platform may apply:

  • reminders and requests to remove or rectify violating content;
  • clawback of commissions arising from violations;
  • temporary suspension or termination of the Collaborator account;
  • reporting to competent state agencies upon indications of legal violations.

Collaborators have the right to appeal enforcement decisions within 05 working days from receiving the notice; the platform will review and respond within 05 working days.

Article 9. Rights of Collaborators

  • View the commission rate for each service prior to sharing.
  • Track credited orders, status, and commission history in the account.
  • Receive notice at least 07 days in advance when these Regulations are amended.
  • Terminate participation at any time; available commissions will still be paid out pursuant to Article 5.
