Platform Service Fee Schedule

1. General Principles

• The platform does not collect any fees from Travelers.
• Registering, opening, and maintaining an account is free for all parties: Travelers, Tour Guides, Travel Partners, and Affiliates.
• The platform only charges service fees on the revenue actually received by the seller from the transaction. Cancelled bookings that are refunded 100% to Travelers incur no fees; when a Traveler cancels late and the seller retains a portion of the payment according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, fees are charged only on the portion retained by the seller (see Section 4).
• The platform service fee is a fee for using e-commerce intermediary services, not an agency commission.

The above fees do not include value-added tax.

Example: A tour is priced at 10,000,000 VND, completed with no complaints, and has a 10% affiliate commission set by the Travel Partner. The platform fee is 500,000 VND (5%), and the affiliate commission is 1,000,000 VND. The Travel Partner actually receives 8,500,000 VND.

3. Service Performance Security Deposit

• A deposit of 500,000 VND applies to Tour Guides, payable upon booking confirmation to receive the Traveler's detailed contact information.
• This is not a fee. The deposit is fully refunded along with the payout upon service completion.
• The deposit is forfeited only when a Tour Guide cancels a confirmed booking due to their own fault. In that case, the entire deposit is transferred to the Traveler as compensation; the platform retains no portion of it.

4. Fees for Cancelled Bookings

Example: A 10,000,000 VND tour is cancelled by the Traveler 05 or more days before departure. The Traveler receives an 8,000,000 VND refund, the seller retains 2,000,000 VND, the platform fee is 100,000 VND (5% of 2,000,000 VND), and the Travel Partner actually receives 1,900,000 VND.

The fixed fee of 50,000 VND for Tour Guide hiring services does not apply to cancelled bookings, even when the Traveler only receives a partial refund. Affiliate commissions do not apply to cancelled bookings.

5. Affiliate Marketing Commission

• Paid by the seller according to the rate set and published on the platform by the seller; deducted during the reconciliation period. The platform does not charge fees to Affiliates.
• Details are available in the Affiliate Marketing Regulations.

6. Transfer Fees

• Bank transfer fees upon payout to the seller: covered by the platform.

7. Invoices and Taxes

• The platform issues value-added tax invoices for the collected platform service fees.
• Invoices and documents for travel services are issued by the seller to the Traveler.
• For sellers who are business households or individuals: the platform withholds, declares, and pays taxes on their behalf in accordance with tax administration laws; the withheld tax amount is shown on the reconciliation statement.
• Sellers that are organizations shall fulfill their own tax declaration and payment obligations.

8. Changes to Fee Schedule

• Any changes to fee rates or calculation methods will be publicly announced on the platform and directly notified to sellers at least 20 days prior to the effective date.
• Sellers who do not agree with the changes have the right to terminate the contract without penalty.
• Bookings established before the effective date of the new fee schedule will continue to apply the old fee schedule.

9. Value-Added Services

Currently, the platform does not provide paid value-added services. If introduced, the platform will announce them separately, and they will only apply when sellers opt in to use them.
