Detailed itinerary
Tran Temple - Keo Pagoda - Dong Bang Temple 1-Day Tour Meals (lunch)
06:00 Our vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point in Hanoi and depart for Thai Binh.
The first destination is Tran Temple, where you will offer incense and listen to an introduction to the temple’s history, including the three victories over the Mongol–Yuan forces by the kings and generals of the Tran Dynasty.
After visiting Tran Temple, you will board the vehicle to travel to Keo Pagoda, located in Vu Thu District, Thai Binh.
10:00 Arrive at Keo Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s famous and beautiful ancient pagodas. Built in 1067 by Zen Master Khong Lo during the Ly Dynasty, the pagoda is renowned for its architecture and great historical value. You will worship Buddha and pray for a peaceful year.
12:00 Rest and have lunch.
13:30 Board the vehicle to Dong Bang Temple in Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province.
At Dong Bang Temple, you will visit the place of worship dedicated to Duc Vua Cha Bat Hai Dong Dinh, who made great contributions to pacifying and defending the country, gathering people, establishing settlements, and building the nation from its early beginnings. This is a large complex of historical sites featuring many smaller temples dedicated to the First, Second, and Third High-ranking Mandarins. You will pray for prosperity and a harmonious year.
16:30 Board the vehicle for the return journey to Hanoi. Upon arrival at the original meeting point, the tour ends. Our guide says goodbye and wishes you a pleasant journey. We look forward to welcoming you on your next trip.
