Detailed itinerary
MORNING: HANOI – THAI BINH
06:00 Our company’s vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Thai Binh and begin the tour.
Upon arrival in Thai Binh, you will offer incense and pay your respects at:
- Tran Temple: a sacred temple associated with the glorious history of the Tran Dynasty’s three victories over the Mongol-Yuan forces. You will hear an introduction to the temple’s history and offer incense to the kings.
After visiting Tran Temple, the vehicle will take you to visit the Keo Pagoda relic site, located in Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province. This is one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam, with its 400-year-old architecture still intact.
10:00 Continue the program by visiting:
- Dong Bang Temple: This ancient temple has existed for nearly 4,000 years, since the era of the Hung Kings. Dong Bang Temple is where Duc Vuong Cha Bat Hai Dong Dinh gathered people to establish settlements and build the nation from the early days of Vietnam.
NOON: LUNCH AND REST
12:00 Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
AFTERNOON: THAI BINH – HUNG YEN
13:30 After lunch, the vehicle will take you to Hung Yen to visit the sacred temple:
- Mau Temple: a unique temple located within the special national relic complex of Pho Hien. The temple not only boasts a beautiful location and architecture but also preserves many tangible and intangible cultural values of historic Pho Hien.
16:30 Board the vehicle to return to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be dropped off at the original pickup point, marking the end of the journey. See you again on our next tours.
