Detailed itinerary
HANOI – KHUÔN THẦN LAKE – WESTERN YÊN TỬ (LUNCH, DINNER)
06:00 Our vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point to begin your 2-day, 1-night trip to Bắc Giang. Listen to the tour guide’s introduction and join in activities on the vehicle. The vehicle will stop for the group to take a break and have breakfast at their own expense along the way.
09:00 Arrive at Khuôn Thần Lake tourist area. Visit the Khuôn Thần overflow weir, flowing gently like a cascading waterfall. Then walk approximately 300 m to the Fire Watchtower to admire a panoramic view of Khuôn Thần Lake from above, breathe in the fresh air, and capture beautiful photos at Khuôn Thần.
10:00 Board a boat to explore Khuôn Thần Lake, enjoying the clear, poetic scenery along both shores. The fresh air offers a relaxing experience, while the picturesque lake provides wonderful opportunities for check-in photos. Visit the islands and take a stroll through the pine forest.
11:30 Have lunch on the island and enjoy local cuisine. Afterward, board the boat back to the pier.
13:00 Visit and take photos. Then, the group will explore the Lục Ngạn fruit-growing area, including orange, pomelo, dragon fruit, and lychee gardens, where you can taste and purchase fruit as gifts for your loved ones (note: the fruit gardens available for visiting depend on the harvest season).
15:30 Board the vehicle to travel to Western Yên Tử.
16:30 Arrive at Western Yên Tử and check in at the hotel for some rest.
19:00 Have dinner and spend the night in Western Yên Tử.

WESTERN YEN TU – HANOI (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
07:00 The group has breakfast and checks out of the hotel.
08:00 Visit the Western Yen Tu scenic area and Ha Pagoda to pay homage to the bronze statues of the three patriarchs of the Truc Lam Zen School. Then, the group takes a cable car covering a total distance of 2.1 km, offering panoramic views of the natural scenery amid mountain clouds and primeval forests, allowing visitors to appreciate the majestic and solemn beauty of sacred Yen Tu Mountain. Visit Thuong Pagoda, located at an altitude of 800 m. From the pagoda’s pavilion, visitors can admire the entire sacred mountain area, with its overlapping mountain ranges and Dong Pagoda appearing and disappearing among the clouds atop Phu Van Peak. Continue by cable car to Dong Pagoda, located on Yen Tu Mountain at an altitude of 1,068 m, the largest bronze pagoda in Vietnam.
12:00 The group travels down to the cable car station and returns to the restaurant for lunch.
14:00 The group boards the coach back to Hanoi. Relax on the coach.
17:30 Arrive in Hanoi and return to the original pick-up point, concluding the program. Our tour guide, on behalf of the company, expresses our thanks, says goodbye, and looks forward to welcoming you on future programs.
