Hanoi – Ha Long – Lan Ha (lunch, dinner).
8:00 – 8:30 Pick-up at your hotel around Hanoi’s Old Quarter
The vehicle will depart and travel along the 5B Expressway from Hanoi City to Hai Phong City, cross the Bach Dang Sea Bridge, and reach Tuan Chau, Ha Long after a 2.5-hour drive.
11:15 – 11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina
Board the transfer boat and travel to Serenity Cruise.
12:15 – 12:30 Enjoy a welcome drink and check in

Instead of traveling within the narrow core area of Ha Long Bay, where thousands of boats operate together, Serenity Cruise will gently leave the crowded area of Ha Long Bay. We will take you to the beautiful, peaceful, and secluded areas of Lan Ha Bay, such as Finger Islet and Frog Islet. There, you can immerse yourself in the fresh sea air amid countless limestone mountains with remarkably unique shapes.
15:00 Explore Ha Long – Lan Ha Bay
Option 1: The boat will take you to Dau Be Island, one of the most beautiful islands in the southeast of Ha Long Bay. You will have time to explore Ha Long Bay in your own way.
Get closer to nature on double kayaks. This activity depends entirely on the bay’s tide: if the tide is too high or too low, we will kayak in the Dark and Light Cave area to admire the wild and mysterious beauty of this international heritage site. This is also a stop for those who wish to swim and snorkel in the beautifully colored waters.
Option 2: On days with high tides, Serenity Cruise invites you to experience another distinctive value of this bay—discovering the life of fishing village residents through a kayaking activity around one of the most beautiful floating villages in the bay: the Heritage Village.
In addition, guests will learn more about the overall geological formation of the system of rocky islands surrounding this area. The cruise manager/tour guide will inform you whether Option 1 or Option 2 will be offered, based on experience and weather conditions.
16:30 Return to Serenity Cruise after the outdoor activities
This is also a wonderful moment you should not miss—the moment Serenity Cruise crosses the boundary between Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Lan Ha Bay has a distinctive charm that you cannot find in Ha Long Bay. The floating houses on the emerald-green waters, often considered the “signature attraction” of Lan Ha Bay, always leave guests longing to return. Watch the sunset with a cocktail at the outdoor bar, or enjoy the endless beauty of the majestic nature with your companion on your private balcony. A traditional cooking class (spring rolls) will be held after sunset. Joining the cooking class with the group is a great idea if you want to spend time with everyone and get to know the fellow travelers on your journey. Before dinner, the experienced captain will choose the quietest area to anchor overnight.

A speedboat takes guests from the cruise to Beo Pier on Cat Ba Island. From there, a vehicle picks them up and begins the island tour, offering many fascinating and surprising experiences.
9:00 Visit Cat Ba National Park
The vehicle travels along the only road, surrounded by cool primeval forests filled with birdsong. At the National Park entrance, guests stop to take commemorative photos, marking their journey to Cat Ba. Guests then stroll through beautiful scenery beneath large trees, while the tour guide leads the group on a trek to Ngu Lam Peak and visits Kim Giao Forest, two of the best sightseeing spots for panoramic views of the national park. Do not miss the view of the sun gradually setting over Lan Ha Bay while enjoying a cup of coffee and sharing stories about long journeys filled with emotions.
